Guestlink + Worldwide increases your online routes to market by distributing your accommodation availability to global booking channels such as LateRooms and Booking.com. We have teamed up with leading channel management/availability aggregator systems to enable us to automatically send availability and pricing to your other booking channels. When you update Guestlink or receive a booking, the change to your availability is immediately sent to each channel you are registered with.

How does Guestlink + Worldwide work?
  • When you sign up, we map your details to the channel management system and to each of the global distribution channels (eg LateRooms, Booking.com etc) that you have registered with.
  • We send your availability and prices automatically to each channel instead of you logging into each system.
  • When you receive a booking from a global distribution channel, you will be notified by the channel management system and the booking will appear in Guestlink closing off your availability.
  • If you want to retrieve the credit card details, you will need to logon to the channel management system.
Which distribution channels can I use? Our channel management system partners work with all the major global channels and regularly add to their list of supported channels. You need to register with each channel that you want to use, give our Helpdesk your account details and we do the rest. Channels supported include:
  • Laterooms
  • Booking.com
  • Expedia
  • LastMinute
  • Hotels.com
What does it cost? There is no initial fee or monthly charge for using Guestlink + Worldwide. For each booking received from a global distribution channel, you pay the channel their usual commissions/fees and pay Guestlink 3% commission. The Guestlink commission will be automatically added to your Guestlink online account the month after the booking is made. A charge will be made for all bookings received from global distribution channels, even if they are subsequently cancelled.
