helpdesk - destinations and TICs
The helpdesk is open 363 days a year, 7 days a week. Contact us if you are a destination or TIC that needs technical support and assistance using NVG products and software.
Service Times
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, 10 am to 5 pm
Helpdesk is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
