guestlink is a bespoke software tool for tourism providers. It enables all kinds of businesses, including hotels, guesthouses, campsites, self-catering providers and attractions to manage their information and bookings online, alongside day-to-day reception duties such as invoicing and telephone sales. The system has won a Departrment of Trade and Industry software innovation award and is tested and refined on an ongoing basis in partnership with more than 10 000 businesses using it across the new vision network.

how do I purchase guestlink?

The solution can be aquired directly by tourism businesses (basic registration is free) or is licensed to destinations who can make guestlink available to local businesses as part of their DMS solution. guestlink integrates seamlessly with new vision's DMS to allow for automatic updating of destination websites and TIC data as well as other distribution channels such as Roomcheck and Visitbritain (see Distribution section).

    guestlink Online is accessed via the internet and enables accommodation businesses to manage their information, availability and bookings.
  • guestlink Desktop
    guestlink Desktop is an easy-to-use business management tool that runs off a standard PC. It enables providers to manage reception duties such as customer sales and enquiries, invoicing and mailshots alongside their web bookings and updates. This helps busy providers manage their business from one place and avoids the hassle of having to update two systems.
  • guestlink Web Booking
    This enhancement enables accommodation businesses to publish and take bookings via their own website.
  • guestlink Attractions
    guestlink Attractions is designed to allow attractions and tourism venues to update their information online and monitor their marketing activities.
